Administrative Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain company assets (e.g., computers, phones, water dispensers).
  • Oversee vendor relationships, including contract management and issue resolution.
  • Handle procurement of office supplies and stationery.
  • Supervise office facilities and utilities to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Coordinate logistics and planning for internal and external events.
  • Maintain accurate administrative records and documentation.
  • Prepare and submit expense and budget reports.
  • Assist with employee visa applications and renewal processes.
  • Provide support for ad hoc administrative tasks across departments as needed.
  • Ensure clear and effective communication with internal teams and external vendors.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administration, office management, or a similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal and vendor management skills.
  • Trilingual: Fluent in English, and Arabic (spoken and written).
  • Experience with employee visa processing is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities.
