Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to support our payroll, accounting, and HR functions. This role focuses on daily transactional and administrative tasks that keep our operations accurate, organized, and compliant.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with bi-weekly payroll processing support and payroll record maintenance
  • Assist in the human resource administrative function with a focus on the hiring process.
  • Assist in application review, phone screening candidates, and scheduling interviews
  • Provide accounts payable support including invoice matching and ERP data entry
  • Assist with accounts receivable, invoicing, payment application, and customer statements
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical records for payroll, AP, AR, and HR
  • Support onboarding documentation and personnel file maintenance
  • Assist with audit preparation and document retention
  • Provide administrative support to Accounting, and HR. Assistant to help maintain smooth office operations while providing outstanding support to our team.

Experience

  • 1+ year experience in administrative support, payroll support, accounting support, or HR support preferred
  • An associate's degree in accounting preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Experience with ERP or payroll systems preferred
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality

Hours: Flexible 20-30 hour per week

Pay: $20 - $26 an hour depending on experience (The higher end represents the rate for an individual with significant experience in this job)
