Join a team that values wellbeing and precision. We’re looking for a Workforce Welfare Administrator to support the smooth execution of the Workforce Welfare (WW) function across the ALEC Group. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate documentation, coordinating welfare-related activities, and supporting internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of ALEC’s WW standards and commitments.

About Your Team
You will report to the Group HSE Director , Group WW Manager , and Assistant WW Manager , while working closely with project teams, subcontractors, and support departments. The team operates with ALEC’s core values in mind—Courage, Integrity, Innovation, Reliability, and Value our People—and your role will help translate these values into action on the ground.
