As we continue our exciting growth plans, we seek talented people to join us. We are currently hiring a dynamic Administrator , responsible to process all transactions to the set standards.


Key Accountabilities:

  1. Process all transactions with the highest quality (no errors), ensuring internal procedures are followed.
  2. Communicate with applicants when necessary.
  3. Support Team Leaders and Senior Client Servicing Executives when needed.
  4. Provide feedback on process improvement to the line manager.
  5. Perform other tasks as directed by the Line manager as needed.


To join our team, you will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 2+ years in a similar operational role.
  • Strong command of operational systems to execute transactions.
  • Ability to communicate with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Problem solving capability.


Language skills:

  • English.
  • Any other language is desirable.
