Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Dubai . The HR cum Admin Executive will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, employee relations, policy implementation, payroll, attendance, leave management, and administrative compliance .

The role also includes ensuring that all company licenses, contracts, and important documents are renewed and updated on time , maintaining employee records, and organizing smooth office operations.

Candidates with an accounting background will also support bookkeeping coordination, VAT and Excise Tax filing, payroll processing, payments, receivables, and financial report preparation .

We are looking for someone who is highly flexible, detail-oriented, and an action-taker —someone who can adapt quickly, solve problems proactively, and help build stronger internal systems as FRÍO continues to scale.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in HR Management, HR Operations, and HR Policy implementation
  • Strong background in Employee Relations and Human Resources
  • Familiarity with ZOHO Books, ZOHO People, and related systems
  • Proficiency in payroll management and basic accounting principles
  • Experience in bookkeeping, VAT, and Excise Tax coordination
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a fast-paced startup, SME, FMCG, or beverage environment
  • Must be proactive, resourceful, and comfortable taking ownership
