Administrator

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Administrator with 2–3 years of relevant experience to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient administrative processes, coordinating internal activities, and providing reliable support to both teams and management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth office functioning
  • Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and internal communications
  • Maintain and organize records, documents, and filing systems (both physical and digital)
  • Coordinate meetings, calendars, and travel arrangements for staff and management
  • Support procurement activities, including sourcing office supplies and liaising with vendors
  • Provide administrative assistance to HR and Finance teams as required
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and office protocols
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and basic data analysis as needed

Key Skills & Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in a similar administrative role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities with the ability to prioritize effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • High level of attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
