Administrator & Finance

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator & Finance to manage the financial and administrative operations of our studio. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in VAT filing, tax compliance, invoicing, and business registrations, combined with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage VAT submissions, tax filings, and ensure full compliance with UAE regulations.
  • Handle company registrations, renewals, and government-related documentation.
  • Oversee financial records, accounts, and expense tracking.
  • Prepare, issue, and follow up on invoices.
  • Maintain and organize contracts, receipts, and supporting documentation.
  • Support financial planning, reporting, and budgeting.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers, clients, and government entities.
  • Assist management in ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in finance, administration, or accounting roles.
  • Strong knowledge of VAT, UAE tax regulations, and company registration processes.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of accounting software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
