Role Purpose
Provide administrative assistance across Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, and Shared Services, ensuring smooth HR operations and effective coordination with internal stakeholders and external government entities.
What you’ll do:
- Managing all processes related to employees and dependents such as New Visa, Visa renewals, Visa cancelation, etc.
- Acquiring comprehensive knowledge of pension, RTA, Jafza, and immigration system (GDRFA).
- Facilitating employee business trip visas.
- Managing company fleet, motor insurance, RTA registrations, and other related processes.
- Petty cash management.
- Maintain and process all requirements for company licenses and certificates (trade license, civil defense, industrial license).
- Facilitating the procedures related to Administration & Government Services.
- Maintain Company database, employee records, fleet, and invoices.
- Vendor & Invoice management of Stationary, Catering & Transportation.
- Maintaining staff accommodation, catering, and transportation contracts.
- Managing notary public-related affairs and certificates/documents attestation.
- Representing the company in interactions with various government offices such as airports, embassies, police stations, ministries, JAFZA, and immigration offices in Zonescorp, ensuring effective representation in Abu Dhabi, Dubai Economy, and other relevant departments.
What you’ll need:
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Good Communication skills in English. The ability to communicate in Hindi & Arabic is a plus.
- Expertise in UAE Labor laws
- 2+ years of experience in a similar job preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Strong organizational skills.
