Job Description:
We are looking for a Retired Army Officer to join our team as an Administration Manager. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, discipline, and administrative management skills to ensure smooth organizational operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all administrative operations of the organization.
  • Maintain discipline, security, and overall administrative control within the premises.
  • Supervise support staff including security guards, drivers, and maintenance teams.
  • Ensure proper implementation of company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with different departments for operational support.
  • Monitor office facilities, logistics, and general administration matters.
  • Maintain records and prepare administrative reports.

Requirements:

  • Retired Army Officer (Preferred: JCO / Captain / Major level).
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Experience in administration, security management, or operations will be preferred.
  • Ability to manage teams and maintain discipline in the workplace.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Age Limit: 40–55 years (flexible for experienced candidates)
