Admissions Manager

Toronto Global Academy is seeking an experienced Admissions Manager to lead our K-12 student recruitment efforts across the MENA region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end K-12 admissions process
• Develop and implement regional recruitment strategies
• Build strong relationships with parents, schools, and partners
• Lead the admissions team and achieve enrollment targets
• Collaborate on events, outreach, and marketing efforts

Requirements:

• 4–6 years in K-12 admissions or school recruitment (2+ in a supervisory role)
• Strong knowledge of UAE/MENA education market
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Must be based in the UAE

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Student recruitment : 4 years (Required)
• Team Handling : 5 years (Required)
