International Recruitment and Marketing Manager

The International Recruitment and Marketing Manager will drive The North Land Institute of Training's student recruitment objectives. This role involves leading strategic recruitment initiatives to bolster The North Land's presence and influence in major and emerging source markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to build and expand the student recruitment agent network for international student recruitment in specified regions.
  • Achieve quarterly and yearly objectives, targets, and KPIs as established by leadership.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with education institutions, educational consultants, agencies, and other stakeholders to promote The North Land and its programs.
  • Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to education agents to ensure they have a thorough understanding of The North Land’s programs, admission requirements, and student support services.
  • Lead efforts to recruit and enroll qualified students from the regions, including overseeing recruitment events, conducting outreach activities, and implementing targeted marketing campaigns to attract prospective students.
  • Organize and participate in various remote or in-person events, including virtual fairs, on-site admissions, agency fairs, and information sessions within the target markets.
  • Offer guidance to prospective students and applicants by providing comprehensive information on entrance requirements and application procedures for their preferred programs.
  • Participate in events outside of UAE as required.
  • Other related duties as required.

Desired Candidate Profile

· Bachelor's degree or higher from a recognized University in Marketing, Business Administration or other relevant field.

· 10 years or more experience in managing in the field of international student recruitment, international business development, partnership development, and the negotiation of significant contracts and account management.

· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.

· Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify and pursue recruitment opportunities in a competitive market.

· Ability to seek creative solutions to multi-faceted problems in a fast-paced environment.

· Ability to work collaboratively in an environment that embraces cultural diversity and acts with ethics, accountability, and integrity.
