Admissions Officer

We are seeking a confident, self-starting, and motivated Sales and Admissions Officer to handle inbound client calls and convert enquiries into successful admissions. This hybrid role, based in Lahore, offers flexibility along with opportunities for professional growth.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in UK-based campaigns or within the international education sector.

This position includes rotational UK-shift timings and provides a clear progression path to the Sales Manager position, based on performance and target achievements.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound enquiries via phone and email, providing accurate and helpful information about admissions and services.
• Engage prospective clients professionally and convincingly to convert enquiries into enrolments.
• Manage and maintain client records with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Send admissions-related communications promptly and professionally.
• Track all client interactions and maintain organised records of correspondence.
• Monitor and process client payments, including instalments, and update payment records.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum).
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Strong ability to listen, engage, and convert inbound enquiries effectively.
• Previous experience in admissions, sales, or customer service roles, preferably with UK campaigns.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Self-starter with a proactive, professional, and positive attitude.
• Confident, punctual, and results-driven.
