Job Title: Admissions Officer

Location: Tappy Toes Nursery – HQ Branch

Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate, qualified, and dedicated Admissions Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge and experience in admissions processes, customer engagement, and sales within an educational environment. This role involves interacting with parents, conducting nursery tours, and supporting the nursery’s growth through excellent service.

Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all inquiries, phone calls, and prospective parent leads
• Conduct nursery tours and parent onboarding
• Collaborate with branch administrators, managers, and the marketing team
• Operate internal software and systems (training provided)
• Maintain excellent communication with parents and internal teams
• Support sales and enrollment targets for the nursery
• Travel between locations as needed.

Requirements:

• Bilingual: English & Arabic (mandatory)
• Additional languages are a plus
• Proven sales experience with track record of success
• Strong computer and software skills
• Valid driving license
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work Monday – Saturday on-site
