About the Role

Source Code Academia is hiring Admissions Sales Executives to join our growing admissions team. You'll guide prospective students through the enrollment journey, convert inquiries into admissions, and help students take the next step in their education in a role with clear targets, commission-based upside, and real room to grow.

What You'll Do

• Contact prospective students through inbound and outbound calls, and follow up via WhatsApp or other communication channels
• Counsel students on courses, admissions requirements, and career pathways.
• Convert inquiries into successful enrollments.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective students and parents.
• Keep CRM records accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate with academic and operations teams for a smooth admissions process.
• Meet monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.

What You Need

• 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Admissions, Telemarketing, Call Center, Customer Service, or BPO.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, not required.
• Fluent in English and Urdu.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable in a target-driven, performance-based environment.
• Basic computer and CRM proficiency.
• Able to work on-site in Bahria Town, Rawalpindi.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
