To scale our growth, we’re looking for a results-driven Advertising Campaign Manager who will lead our paid media efforts across major e-commerce platforms — driving traffic, boosting conversions, and scaling revenue through performance-focused campaigns.

Role Overview

As Cheeki’s Advertising Campaign Manager, you’ll be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels.

You’ll use data-driven insights to craft full-funnel advertising strategies — from awareness to conversion — that maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) and accelerate online sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own Paid Media Strategy: Develop and execute paid media strategies that directly support e-commerce sales goals.
  • Campaign Execution: Launch and manage campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
  • Ad Optimization: Continuously optimize campaigns for CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS, using creative testing and audience segmentation.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work with design and content teams to produce high-performing ad creatives tailored for each platform.
  • Conversion Tracking: Implement and monitor pixel tracking, UTM tagging, and attribution tools to measure performance accurately.
  • Data-Driven Reporting: Deliver actionable performance reports highlighting insights, wins, and areas for improvement.
  • Budget Management: Allocate and manage monthly ad spend efficiently to maximize ROI.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date on digital advertising best practices, e-commerce trends, and new tools or platforms.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in managing paid media for e-commerce brands or direct-to-consumer (DTC) businesses.
  • Proven track record of achieving conversion growth and strong ROAS.
  • Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, or similar e-commerce and marketing platforms.
  • Skilled in campaign A/B testing, retargeting, and audience segmentation.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads, or Pinterest Ads.
  • Familiarity with influencer-paid partnerships or affiliate marketing.
  • Understanding of SEO and how it complements paid strategies.
  • Knowledge of creative testing frameworks (e.g., Meta Advantage+ or Dynamic Creative).

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $47,067.73 - $56,683.73 per year
