Catalysen – A parent startup group building multiple businesses in the future (similar to large multi-business groups). We are currently in the early stage and looking for a legal professional who wants to grow with the company from the beginning.

Important Note
This role does not include a salary initially. The selected candidate will become part of the early team and will receive a strong position and competitive salary package once the company starts generating revenue and scaling.

Role Overview We are looking for a motivated Advocate / Legal Advisor who can help us legally structure our startup and guide us through company registration and compliance. Responsibilities • Guide the founder in registering the parent company (Catalysen) legally in India • Advise on the best structure (Private Limited / LLP / Holding Company structure) • Help set up a group company structure for future businesses under Catalysen • Draft and review legal documents • Create agreements such as: Founder agreements Partnership agreements Employment contracts NDAs Service provider agreements • Handle company compliance and legal filings • Assist with trademark registration for future brands • Provide legal strategy as the company grows • Work closely with the founder on long-term legal planning What We Are Looking For • Advocate / Legal professional familiar with startup law • Knowledge of company registration in India • Understanding of startup structuring and compliance • Entrepreneurial mindset • Interested in being part of an early-stage startup • Problem solver who can guide from zero to growth stage What You Will Get (Future Benefits) • Core founding team position • Head of Legal / Chief Legal Officer role in the future • Competitive salary package once the company scales • Long-term growth with the company • Opportunity to build a large startup group from the beginning About the Vision
