Job Description:
Legal Capital Law Firm is seeking a dedicated and result-oriented Advocate to handle litigation and legal advisory matters across various courts and tribunals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients before District Courts, High Court, and other judicial forums
• Draft, review, and file pleadings, petitions, written statements, affidavits, and legal notices
• Handle civil, criminal, consumer, banking, and corporate matters
• Attend court hearings and manage case proceedings independently
• Coordinate with clients and provide regular case updates
• Conduct legal research and case analysis
• Ensure compliance with court procedures and timelines

Eligibility Criteria:

• Enrolled Advocate with Bar Council
• 6 Months – 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong drafting, argument, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of court procedures and documentation

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in litigation and case handling
• Client-handling skills
• Good legal research and analytical ability
