Job Title: Advocate
Location: Poddar Court, Kolkata
Salary: 20,000 to 55,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and vet legal documents, agreements, and notices
• Handle litigation and represent matters before courts/authorities when required
• Provide legal advice on compliance and regulatory issues
• Coordinate with government departments, legal counsel, and internal teams
• Conduct legal research and ensure timely statutory filings

Requirements:

• LLB with valid Bar registration
• 3+ years of relevant legal experience
• Strong drafting and litigation knowledge
• Good understanding of Indian legal and compliance frameworks
