Yogesh Enterprises | Hiring Experienced Legal Professional (RERA Specialist)

We are seeking a seasoned Advocate with 5–7 years of relevant experience in the Construction & Real Estate sector, with strong expertise in RERA compliance and regulatory frameworks.

Key Requirements:

▪ 5–7 years of experience in real estate and construction law.

▪ In-depth knowledge of RERA regulations, documentation, and compliance procedures.

▪ Experience in drafting and vetting agreements (Sale Deeds, Development Agreements, MOUs, Joint Venture Agreements, etc.)

▪ Handling land acquisition matters, title due diligence, and coordination with government authorities.

▪ Strong legal advisory capabilities for ongoing and upcoming projects.

Preferred Location: PCMC (Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune)
