Job Title: Junior Advocate

Location: Goregaon, Mumbai.

About the Firm:
Offices of Tripathi & Co. is a Mumbai-based, multi-disciplinary litigation law firm with an active practice across Civil, Criminal, Banking, and allied laws. The firm regularly appears before courts ranging from the JMFC level to the Hon’ble Bombay High Court, and handles matters across Mumbai and nearby jurisdictions.

Position Summary:
We are looking to engage a motivated Junior Advocate (Fresher or Experienced) as well as interns to join our litigation practice. The role offers hands-on court exposure and learning opportunities across multiple areas of law and forums.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting seniors in drafting pleadings and Contracts.
• Court appearances before JMFC, Sessions Courts, Tribunals, and the Bombay High Court
• Legal research and case preparation
• Client interaction and coordination, as required
• Handling office and case-related documentation
• Timings are 10am to 7pm.

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Enrolled Advocate (Fresher or Experienced), not applicable for interns.
• Mandatory computer knowledge (MS Word, legal drafting, email communication, online court portals, etc.)
• Good command over English (reading, writing, and communication); knowledge of Hindi/Marathi will be an advantage
• Willingness to learn and work across different areas of law and courts
• Sincerity, discipline, and professional conduct

Salary / Remuneration:

• ₹5,000 to ₹10,000 per month, depending on skills, experience, and performance

Age & Gender:

• Courts and tribunals across Mumbai and nearby areas
