Aesthetic and Wellness Associate

Overview
Just Wellness is a premier wellness center and medspa in Grapevine offering cutting-edge wellness services like cryotherapy, red light therapy, hyperbaric & more. We also have aesthetic treatments like botox, filler, and facials. We are seeking a dedicated, client-focused Front Desk & Wellness Associate to join our growing team. As the first point of contact, you'll set the tone for each client’s visit, helping ensure a seamless, elevated experience across both wellness and aesthetics.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and guide them through their scheduled treatments
• Manage front desk operations: scheduling, check-in/out, account cleanup
• Educate clients on services, memberships, and packages
• Assist with coordinating flow between services and client sessions
• Keep equipment clean and ready between sessions (wipe-downs, resets, etc.)
• Promote Just Wellness offerings and help clients select services that match their goals
• Handle incoming calls and text inquiries using professional phone etiquette
• Process sales and track client purchases and commission opportunities

Experience

• Previous experience in a front desk, wellness, spa, or salon setting is preferred
• Bonus if you're pursuing or interested in aesthetics or holistic wellness
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills are a must
• Positive attitude, polished presence, and strong communication skills
• Comfortable with basic tech/software systems for booking and point-of-sale

Pay & Perks

• $12/hour starting base pay
• 5% commission on all memberships, packages, and products sold

Schedule

• Part-time (15–25 hours/week)
• Weekday availability required (Mon–Fri 10am–7pm). Typical shifts are: 9:30am to 3pm, and/or 3pm-7pm.
• Occasional Saturdays (9am–3pm)
• We will likely also open on Sundays (9am-3pm) starting in July.
