Position Overview

We are looking for a Floor Manager who will ensure smooth daily operations, manage staff, and maintain a high standard of service within the clinic. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and capable of handling a fast-paced clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and ensure compliance with internal protocols and safety standards.
• Manage patient flow, appointment schedules, and service delivery.
• Supervise and guide front-desk and support staff, ensuring effective team performance.
• Maintain a professional and positive work environment.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and proper documentation.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels for supplies and equipment.
• Coordinate with medical staff to support smooth patient care.
• Respond to patient queries and concerns with professionalism.
• Assist with quality improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a clinic or medical office environment.
• Strong leadership and team-supervision skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management abilities.
• Ability to interact professionally with patients and staff.
• Familiarity with scheduling systems, EMR software, and basic computer applications.
• Knowledge of infection control procedures (preferred).
• Interest in the aesthetics/skincare industry is a plus.
