Responsible for: operation of central agency telephone system; greeting visitors to the Administrative offices and assisting as appropriate; logging and routing incoming mail to offices; assisting with payroll reports/documentations; updating electronic records; filing Fiscal documents; processing, preparing, and/or mailing various reports and documents.
