- This is a full-time on-site role as an Agency Manager at Care Health Insurance located in Jalandhar.

- The role involves managing and overseeing agency operations, developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and customer retention, training and leading the agency team, and ensuring compliance with insurance regulations.

Qualifications:

- Experience in insurance sales, agency management, and business development

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of health insurance products and industry trends

- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving growth

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field
