Sales Manager – Tourism Packages

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager with strong experience in tourism and travel packages. The role requires expertise in selling travel and tourism packages, especially in bulk, to corporate clients, schools, groups, and organizations. The Sales Manager will be responsible for building and leading a sales strategy that drives bulk bookings, managing key accounts, and, if required, supervising a sales team to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to sell tourism and travel packages on an individual and bulk basis.
  • Identify and secure corporate clients, schools, tour operators, and group bookings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and travel partners.
  • Negotiate bulk deals and partnerships to maximize profitability.
  • Manage, mentor, and support a sales team (if applicable) to ensure achievement of sales targets.
  • Research tourism market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to design attractive package deals.
  • Represent the company at trade fairs, tourism expos, and networking events to enhance visibility and partnerships.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and business development activities.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales within the tourism, travel, or hospitality sector.
  • Strong background in selling bulk packages to corporate clients, schools, or organizations.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong business network within the tourism and travel industry.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to manage and grow a sales team (preferred).
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and online booking platforms.
