Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and technically sound Senior Engineering Purchase Executive to manage procurement of engineering goods, spares, and capital equipment for our chemical manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sourcing industrial components, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring timely delivery to support plant operations and projects.

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Engineering Procurement – Source and procure mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and utility equipment; handle MRO items, spare parts, consumables, and capex purchases.
✔ Vendor Management & Negotiation – Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts and warranties, and develop long-term vendor relationships with alternate sourcing strategies.
✔ Documentation & Compliance – Prepare/manage POs, technical specifications, and schedules; ensure compliance with statutory norms (GST, MSME, etc.); maintain audit/ISO records.
✔ Cross-Functional Coordination – Collaborate with Maintenance, Projects, Stores, and Finance; participate in technical evaluations and vendor audits; support projects with timely procurement.
✔ Inventory & Cost Control – Monitor stock levels, implement cost-saving initiatives, optimize procurement budgets, and track market trends.
