AI Developer

As an AI Developer, your primary responsibility will be to design, build, and implement models for our AI-driven products. This role requires a strong background in OCR, Python, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Deep Learning, 3D computer vision, and server management. We are seeking individuals who can contribute to machine learning and artificial intelligence development initiatives.

Objectives of this role

• Manage OCR and direct processes and R&D (research and development) to meet the needs of our AI strategies.
• Understand company and client challenges and how integrating AI capabilities can help lead to problems and their solutions.
• Analyze and explain AI and machine learning (ML) solutions while setting and maintaining high ethical motives.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement OCR solutions to extract and interpret text from various documents and images.
• Optimize OCR algorithms for accuracy and efficiency, ensuring high-quality results in diverse scenarios.
• Leverage your strong proficiency in Python to create and maintain robust AI solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into existing systems and applications.
• Work on functional design, process design (including scenario design and flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures in collaboration with an advanced engineering team and executive leadership.
• Develop and train machine learning models for OCR applications, continuously improving accuracy and performance.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in machine learning and implement best practices in model training methodologies.
• Familiarize yourself with AWS server management as well as the server computing technology.
• Debug and solve complex problems either individually or in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• One or more years of experience in applying AI to practical and comprehensive technology solutions
• Experience with ML, deep learning, Tensor Flow, Python, NLP
• Experience with deploying OCR solutions in real-world applications.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) for scalable and distributed computing.
• Knowledge of basic algorithms, object-oriented and functional design principles, and best-practice patterns
• Experience in REST API development, NoSQL database design, and RDBMS design and optimizations
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and willingness to think outside the box.
• Proven experience in OCR, NLP, Deep Learning, and 3D computer vision.

Preferred skills and qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master's Degree
Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or relevant field.
