AI Senior Developer

Job Overview:

• We are seeking a dynamic AI Senior Developer to design, develop, and deploy advanced AI-driven solutions, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a results-oriented approach are essential for delivering scalable and innovative AI applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for real-world business applications
• Lead end-to-end AI project development, from concept to production
• Optimize and fine-tune machine learning models for performance, accuracy, and scalability
• Work with large datasets to build predictive and intelligent systems
• Integrate AI solutions into existing software platforms and products
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to define AI strategies and roadmaps
• Mentor junior AI engineers and conduct technical code reviews
• Stay updated with the latest AI, ML, deep learning, and Generative AI advancements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
• Strong proficiency in Python, Tensor Flow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and model optimization
• Experience deploying AI models on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Knowledge of APIs, microservices, and AI model integration
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
