Air Operation (Pricing and OBD)

Key Responsibilities:

• Freight Coordination: Plan, execute, and monitor shipments, ensuring smooth coordination with airlines, customs, and stakeholders.
• Customer Service: Ensure customer requirements are met with high service standards and timely updates.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to UAE and international air cargo regulations, including IATA and customs clearance processes.
• Cost Control & Pricing: Optimize operational costs, negotiate freight rates, and ensure competitive pricing for clients.
• Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of air freight professionals, fostering a high-performance work environment.
• Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any shipment issues, delays, or customer complaints efficiently.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for efficiency improvement and implement best practices to enhance operational productivity.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records, generate reports, and ensure proper documentation for all air cargo movements.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in air freight forwarding and logistics operations in Dubai.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of air freight regulations, customs clearance, and IATA compliance.
• Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
