We are looking for an experienced and driven Air Services Manager to further develop and strengthen our air services product in the marketplace. This role focuses on Operations, Finance, Sales, People, Systems, and Culture, ensuring alignment with the company’s global standards and strategy.

You will lead daily operations, drive revenue growth, and support the continuous improvement of our air product through collaboration, coaching, and data-driven decision-making.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead, plan, and support daily air operations while ensuring efficiency and compliance.
• Review local charges, agreements, and quotations to minimize potential losses.
• Manage pricing strategy across Breakbulk, Gateway, and related services.
• Conduct huddles and monthly meetings to review performance, delegate workloads, and ensure business alignment.
• Drive the transition and onboarding of new business while sustaining existing accounts.
• Identify and implement system changes and process improvements.
• Support the department in line with the 3+1 Initiative and assist with EPEs.
• Oversee accounts payable, credit procedures, and reconciliation processes.
• Foster compliance awareness in collaboration with the Trade Compliance Manager.
• Coach, develop, and motivate team members to deliver consistent operational excellence.

What You Bring:

• Strong knowledge of the global logistics and air freight industry.
• Minimum 6 years of industry-specific experience.
• Graduate Bachelors degree
• Graduate of IATA/FIATA introductory course (preferred).
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage performance targets.
