Airbnb Co-Host / Property Management

We are a growing short-term rental co-hosting agency dedicated to helping property owners maximize their earnings while providing outstanding guest experiences. As we expand, we are looking for motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented team members to join us in managing and growing our portfolio of Airbnb and short-term rental properties.

Job Description:
As an Airbnb Co-Host, you will play a vital role in property management, guest relations, and business development. This position involves overseeing daily operations for assigned listings, ensuring smooth guest experiences, and driving new client acquisition.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of Airbnb listings, including calendar management, pricing adjustments, and guest communication.
• Coordinate cleanings, maintenance, and property inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
• Provide timely and professional responses to guest inquiries, reviews, and concerns.
• Assist with creating and optimizing listings (descriptions, photos, amenities, pricing strategies).
• Support sales efforts by prospecting property owners, pitching co-hosting services, and onboarding new clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with both property owners and guests.
• Monitor performance metrics (occupancy, revenue, guest satisfaction) and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

• Previous experience with Airbnb, short-term rentals, hospitality, or property management is a plus (but not required for highly motivated candidates).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Tech-savvy (comfortable with Airbnb platform, Google Workspace, and task management tools).
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple properties.
• Flexible availability, including occasional weekends/after-hours to support guest needs.
• Sales or customer service experience is highly desirable.
