Key Responsibilities

• Learn and assist in identifying daily project opportunities on platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, and Freelancer.
• Support in writing customized proposals to pitch company services to international clients.
• Communicate with potential clients to understand their needs and share project details (with guidance).
• Collaborate with senior team members to understand bidding strategies and lead conversion.
• Keep track of follow-ups and contribute to building client relationships.
• Work with the team to explore new lead generation methods and market insights.
• Help maintain and organize project data, performance records, and CRM updates.

Who Can Apply

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to (0- 6 months) of experience in business development, marketing, or sales.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• Good English communication skills (written & spoken).
• Passion to learn about international markets, tech services, and client acquisition.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and eager to grow professionally.
• Basic understanding of Upwork, LinkedIn, or Fiverr is a plus (training will be provided).
