Airline Ticket Agent

We are currently hiring for experienced and passionate Sales Executives specializing in airline tickets. This is a regular, full-time position for a professional who has a strong grasp of the airline ticketing process and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end travel booking process, from initial inquiry to ticket issuance, accommodation, and transportation arrangements.
• Utilize various travel and airline ticketing software to efficiently handle reservations, reissues, refunds, and exchanges.
• Ensure all documentation and procedures are in full compliance with company and industry standards.
• Act as a trusted consultant to clients, identifying their travel needs and recommending suitable packages and itineraries.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information on airlines, fare systems, and relevant travel materials.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in airline ticket sales.
• Demonstrated expertise in airline ticketing systems and related software.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of global airline carriers and their fare structures.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
