Full Job Description:

AL QASSIM ALUMINIUM AND GLASS is looking for a skilled Aluminium Estimator Cum Quantity Surveyor with experience in façade, aluminium, and glass works. The ideal candidate will handle both estimation and quantity surveying responsibilities, ensuring accurate costing and efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates for aluminium, glass, and façade projects
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and BOQ
• Prepare and verify Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
• Handle tendering, pricing, and bid submissions
• Manage variations, claims, and cost control
• Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations
• Coordinate with project, design, and procurement teams
• Monitor project budgets and ensure cost efficiency

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years UAE experience in aluminium & glass industry
• Strong knowledge of curtain wall, glazing, façade, and cladding systems
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software
• Good analytical, negotiation, and communication skills

Preferred:

• Experience in UAE construction projects
• Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
