Role and Responsibilities

· Provide Day to Day Support on Operations of Accounting Department

· Verification of TADA, EOBI, Social Security and Rental Taxation

· Scrutiny of Tax Related General Ledger

· Fixed Asset Register Reconciliation and Review

· Assist in Preparation Monthly Financial Statements

· Preparation of Income Tax, Sales Tax and Advance Tax Working and Reconciliation with Related Balance Sheet Heads

· Preparation of Cash Reconciliation and Cash in Transit

· Obtain Insurance Endorsements During the Month (Stock, Cash in Transit, Cash in Safe and Fidelity)

· Preparation Provident Fund Working and submission in PF Trust Account

· Payroll Preparation and Employee Benefits Calculation

· Filling Sales Tax Returns Federal, PRA, KPK, SRB

· Filling Quarterly Withholding Tax Return

· Preparation of GHQ Quarterly Tax Data

· Annual Insurance Renewal (Fixed Assets, Cash in Transit, Fidelity etc.)

· Preparation and filling of Annual Income Tax Return

· Liaison and Data Providing Internal Audit

· Data Gathering and Preparation of Annual Closing

· Liaison and Data Providing External Audit

· Liaison and Data Providing Provident Fund Audit

· Preparation and follow-up Insurance Claim

· Bonus Processing

· Preparation of Employees Loan, Advances and Final Settlement

· Preparation Employees Tax Reconciliation and Tax Certificates

· Dealing FBR and SECP Notices and Prepare Workings

· SECP Compliance and Filling Form A, 28, 29 and Financials

Qualifications and Education Requirements

· ICMA finalists/CA intermediate or ACCA

· Minimum 05 years’ experience in the relevant field in a medium to large sized organization.

Preferred Skills

· Strong knowledge of Tax Laws

· Strong analytical skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs95,000.00 - Rs105,000.00 per month
