Position Overview

The Assistant Manager Sales will support the Sales Manager in leading the sales team to achieve revenue targets, enhance customer engagement, and maintain brand standards. This role requires strong leadership, strategic sales management, and excellent interpersonal skills to drive showroom performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Sales Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team, ensuring high levels of product knowledge and customer service.
  • Monitor daily sales activities, track performance metrics, and prepare sales reports for management.
  • Engage directly with key clients, offering tailored furniture solutions and building long-term relationships.
  • Coordinate with design, visual merchandising, and operations teams to optimize showroom presentation and order fulfillment.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and provide effective resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify new business opportunities, potential markets, and customer segments in Islamabad and surrounding areas.
  • Participate in recruitment, training, and development of sales staff to build a high-performing team.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product innovations to inform sales tactics.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in sales, preferably in furniture, home décor, or lifestyle industry.
  • At least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant management role in retail sales.
  • Proven ability to lead sales teams and achieve business targets.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
