Position Summary:
To continually align mobile banking technology services to the changing business needs by identifying and implementing improvements to the mobile banking technology services. Manage technology solutions and services development.
Duties and Responsibilities:

To deliver comprehensive IT operational services, in addition to administration, maintenance and smooth operations of Branchless Banking Mobile Financial services. Monitoring and operations of the system and its interfaces to ensure service targets. Focus of minimizing potential problems and incidents, preventing issues from escalating and recurring and driving incidents counts. Compliance to IS and SBP controls.

Monitoring Easy paisa Branchless Banking Transactions, third Party servers like OPS, BVMT, AKSA etc. and perform

Operational and maintenance activities.

Mange third party Application Server, Patch deployment, Creating/operating test instance/environment setup.

Investigation of different transactions of Easy paisa, BVMT and OPS in case of any malfunctioned occur.

New queries creation and modification of made queries related To third party systems.

Technical support and facilitation for audits.

Patch promotion and post activity testing.

Coordinate with vendors to resolve issues & for the other on-going projects.

Activities to implement SBP and IS controls and policies.

Management and readiness of DR activity and environment.
-
LD calculation and discussion with vendors.

PO & PRs for operations system and services.
-
Proactive efforts for keeping Production systems uptime as per decided KPI.

1st & 2nd level investigation.

Issue resolution on minimum TAT.

Coordination with Vendor and internal stakeholders.

To keep DR & HA environments readiness.

To actively involve for DR & HR related activities.

Project cut over assignment.

Maintain operational efficiency.

Knowledge and Experience
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Telecom/ IT.
Experience:
At least 3 years of experience.
