Amazon Account Manager

Vines Commerce is hiring an Amazon Account Manager who can take full ownership of seller & vendor accounts and scale brands with data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Amazon accounts A–Z (Seller Central & Vendor Central)
  • Listing optimization (titles, bullets, backend search terms, A+ coordination)
  • Handle FBA operations: shipments, inventory planning, reimbursements & cases
  • Oversee Amazon PPC in coordination with PPC team (structure, insights, scaling)
  • Monitor account health, policy compliance & performance metrics
  • Coordinate with designers, PPC managers & clients for smooth execution
  • Weekly & monthly performance reporting with actionable insights

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience as an Amazon Account Manager / FBA Specialist
  • Strong understanding of Amazon SEO, FBA workflows & account health
  • Hands-on experience with cases, reimbursements & suppression issues
  • Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Sellerboard, Scale Insight (plus)
  • Excellent communication & client-handling skills
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented & result focused

Nice to Have

  • Experience managing multiple brands/accounts
  • PPC knowledge (even if not hands-on expert level)
  • Agency background

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
