Amazon Brand Manager (On-Site)

Location: Saidpur Road, Rawalpindi (Google Map)
Timings: Monday to Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

About the Client

We are hiring on behalf of our client, Shopin Ecom, a rapidly expanding eCommerce agency specializing in launching, managing, and scaling Amazon Private Label brands across the US, UK, Canada, EU, and KSA markets. The client manages complete end-to-end Amazon operations, including Catalog, PPC, Product Launches, Ranking, Inventory Planning, and Strategic Brand Growth.

They are looking to add an experienced Amazon Brand Manager to their team.

Role Overview

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing complete Amazon operations for multiple Private Label brands. This includes catalog functions, PPC management, listing optimization, troubleshooting, reporting, and strategic growth planning. The ideal profile must have at least 2 years of hands-on Amazon Private Label experience and the ability to resolve complex issues independently.

Key Responsibilities Brand Management & Strategy

  • Develop and implement growth plans for Private Label brands.
  • Conduct weekly performance reviews with actionable insights.
  • Execute competitor research, keyword analysis, and market positioning.

Catalog Management

  • Create, update, and optimize listings using Flat Files and Bulk Uploads.
  • Resolve indexing, suppression, variation, parent-child, and SEO issues.
  • Manage A+ Content, Storefront, and listing enhancements.
  • File and follow up cases with Amazon Seller Support.

PPC Management

  • Create and manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.
  • Optimize bids, placements, and budgets to improve ACOS, TACOS & ROAS.
  • Scale high-performing keywords and reduce inefficient ad spend.

Account Health & Operations

  • Handle account health cases, performance notifications, and reinstatement issues.
  • Resolve IP complaints, policy violations, and compliance alerts.
  • Maintain high operational performance across Inventory, Fulfillment, and CX metrics.

Reporting & Collaboration

  • Prepare weekly/monthly brand performance reports.
  • Coordinate with the design team for listing creatives.
  • Communicate effectively with clients in written and spoken English.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum 2+ years experience managing Amazon Private Label brands.
  • Strong expertise in Catalog Management, Flat Files & troubleshooting.
  • Proven PPC performance management and scaling experience.
  • Excellent written & spoken English communication skills.
  • Understanding of Amazon policies, A9 ranking, and FBA processes.
  • Experience with Helium10, JungleScout, Datadive, and Amazon Search Query tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be available on-site (Saidpur Road, Rawalpindi) from 3 PM – 11 PM.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience handling multiple brands.
  • Knowledge of US/UK/CA/EU marketplaces.
  • SOP creation and workflow optimization experience.
  • Strong ownership and accountability mindset.
