Amazon Private Label Specialist

IBSTEC is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Amazon Private Label Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing Amazon seller accounts for our clients, with a strong focus on private labeling, wholesale operations, PPC campaign management, and overall store performance.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of boosting sales, improving product visibility, and ensuring seamless account management on Amazon.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee Private Label and Wholesale operations on Amazon.
• Handle Amazon Seller Central accounts, including product listings, inventory, pricing, and order fulfillment.
• Perform listing optimization (titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, and images) to maximize visibility and conversions.
• Develop, execute, and monitor Amazon PPC campaigns for high ROI and sales growth.
• Analyze account and store performance metrics, providing actionable insights and strategies for improvement.
• Ensure full compliance with Amazon policies, guidelines, and updates.
• Troubleshoot and resolve account issues, including suspensions and listing errors.
• Generate and present performance reports with growth recommendations.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Amazon Private Label, Wholesale, and Seller Central management.
• Strong expertise in Amazon listing optimization, SEO, and PPC campaign management.
• Solid understanding of Amazon algorithms, tools, and compliance requirements.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and take actionable steps.
• Excellent communication skills for client-facing interactions.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple accounts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
• Experience with Amazon FBA and FBM operations.
• Familiarity with additional platforms like Shopify, Etsy, or eBay.
