We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Amazon Virtual Assistant to support our Amazon store operations. The ideal candidate will assist with product research, listing optimization, inventory management, and day-to-day seller account tasks to help improve sales and overall store performance.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct product research to find profitable and trending items
- Create, update, and optimize Amazon product listings
- Perform keyword research and SEO optimization for listings
- Manage inventory and monitor stock levels
- Handle Amazon Seller Central tasks and account management
- Analyze competitor products, pricing, and market trends
- Respond to customer inquiries and support messages
- Assist with basic PPC campaign monitoring (if needed)
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Amazon Virtual Assistant or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central
- Understanding of Amazon SEO and keyword research
- Familiarity with Amazon FBA/FBM operations
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience with tools like Helium 10 or Jungle Scout is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in product hunting and sourcing
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
- Understanding of Amazon policies and guidelines
