Scope of Work
Manpower
The Contractor shall deploy a qualified lifeguard to supervise the swimming pool during operational hours and ensure safety of pool users.
Scope of Services Pool Supervision & Safety
- Maintain constant vigilance over the swimming pool and surrounding areas.
- Enforce pool rules and safety regulations at all times.
- Ensure safe usage of the pool by residents and visitors.
- Monitor behaviour and prevent unsafe activities.
- Ensure children are supervised by guardians while using the pool.
- Identify potential hazards and take preventive action.
Emergency Response
- Respond immediately to emergencies or distress situations.
- Administer first aid and CPR where required.
- Notify Building Management and security in case of incidents.
- Assist in evacuation or pool closure if required.
Pool Area Monitoring
- Monitor general cleanliness of pool deck and surrounding areas and report deficiencies.
- Ensure pool is not used during unsafe conditions or maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with maintenance or housekeeping teams where safety concerns arise.
Reporting
- Report incidents, hazards, or observations to Building Management promptly.
- Maintain daily pool logbook and incident records.
Certifications & Compliance
- Lifeguard shall hold valid certification and be medically fit for duty.
- Contractor shall ensure compliance with applicable regulations and building policies.
Professional Conduct
- Maintain professional behavior at all times.
- Remain alert and attentive during duty hours.
- Avoid personal activities or distractions while on duty.
- Handle situations courteously and escalating concerns when required.
Service Continuity
- The Contractor shall ensure continuous coverage and arrange replacement during leave or absence.
Contractor Responsibility
- The Contractor shall remain fully responsible for performance, supervision, and safety of personnel deployed under this contract.
