Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose issues with Apple mobile devices, including hardware and software problems.
- Perform repairs such as screen and battery replacements, logic board troubleshooting, and water-damage mitigation.
- Conduct functional testing on Apple devices to ensure all issues have been resolved.
- Maintain compliance with Apple repair standards, tools, and procedures.
- Accurately log all repair and customer interaction details in the system.
- Provide technical support and education to customers in-store or over the phone.
- Manage parts inventory and maintain tools and equipment.
- Stay current on Apple certification programs, new product releases, and technical updates.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical diploma or relevant training is a plus.
- Apple Certified iOS Technician (ACiT) or willingness to complete certification.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience repairing Apple devices or mobile electronics.
- Deep knowledge of Apple device architecture and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to use precision tools, diagnostics software, and repair tracking systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet repair deadlines.
- Flexibility to work weekends or evenings if required.
