Job description below:

I. Create Revit and 3D Drawings for products such as: dampers, Louvers, ductwork, boards, assemblies etc.

II. Create CAM and CAD BOQ for Duct layout drawings for production and order processing.

III. Work with other modelers and develop CAD and BIM team.

IV. Prepare all engineering drawing for sales and engineering department

V. Produce production ready drawings - ensuring the drawing programs are compatible with the machinery along with all correct hardware & materials being selected

VI. Review rough sketches, drawings, specifications, and other engineering data received from civil engineers to ensure that they conform to design concepts

VII. Prepare quotations for ductwork, dampers, louvers, VAV boxes and sound attenuators for customers using ERP systems and Costing sheets.

VIII. Create OERs (Order Evaluation Requests) for inquiries without a Purchase Order.

IX. Generate Sales Orders for all products in ERP systems.

X. Prepare submittals, including acoustic calculations and schedules.

XI. Verify quantities for OPRs (Order Processing Requests) in accordance with relevant clients LPOs.

XII. Reporting on the jobs progress and drawing completion - before the cutting list is prepared and production commenced in the factory

XIII. Generating Daily Production reports to accurately show jobs in progress, and scheduled jobs

XIV. Provide approximate values for each OPR in the ERP.

XV. Create OPRs for ductwork, dampers, louvers, VAV boxes and sound attenuators.

XVI. Verify quantities for OPRs (Order Processing Requests) in accordance with relevant clients LPOs.

XVII. Reporting on the jobs progress and drawing completion - before the cutting list is prepared and production commenced in the factory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: E£15,000.00 - E£20,000.00 per month
