Sales Engineer – Industrial Automation

Al Sakr Engineering is seeking a motivated Sales Engineer with a strong technical background in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering to join our team. The role involves driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and collaborating with technical teams to deliver tailored automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve annual sales targets and contribute to company growth
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach
• Partner with technical teams to deliver customized automation solutions
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead
• Manage and follow up on client projects and proposals

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechatronics)
• Minimum 2–5 years of industrial sales experience with a proven track record
• Relevant experience in sales of automation products is a plus
• Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: E£10,000.00 - E£20,000.00 per month
