Responsible for the clarifications from the customer, consultants regarding HVAC equipment’s Selections of the HVAC equipment according to the customer specifications and customization of products according to customers nee

Core & Competitive Abilities:

Education - Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.

2-10 Years of experience within HVAC and Oil & Gas.

Knowledge and Experience

Application and technical knowledge in HVAC equipment (Required candidate shall have experience in application of HVAC units(Package, AHU, Chiller, FCU, Split unit, Condensing units etc)

Skills & Experience

Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment Understanding of oil & gas project requirements Ability to interpret drawings and specifications Proficiency in MS Excel, MS office and estimation tools

Commercial Skills: Cost analysis and pricing strategy Tender documentation preparation Basic contract and commercial knowledge Negotiation support

Main Performance Areas

Duties, Responsibilities & Authorities

1. Estimation & Costing Prepare detailed cost estimates for HVAC systems and equipment for oil & gas projects. Analyze RFQs, tender documents, and project specifications. Coordinate with factory for pricing and technical data. Prepare techno-commercial proposals within bid timelines.

2. Technical Evaluation & Compliance Review client specifications and ensure full technical compliance. Support in equipment selection based on project requirements. Ensure compliance with UAE and oil & gas industry standards. Assist in preparation of submittals and approval documents.

3. Sales & Business Development Support Assist sales team in preparing proposals and presentations. Participate in client meetings and technical discussions. Support negotiations and contract finalization. Develop understanding of client needs and market trends.

4. Post-Award Support Assist in handover of awarded projects to execution team. Support variation pricing and commercial clarifications. Monitor project cost performance for future estimates.
