Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Application Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service across various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and group chat.
  • Serve as a key liaison between customers and internal teams to facilitate problem resolution.
  • Manage and track customer inquiries and issues through a ticketing system, ensuring timely and effective follow-up.
  • Document customer interactions and solutions to contribute to a comprehensive knowledge base.

Requirements and Qualification:

  • Experience with Retail and/or Restaurant Point of Sale (POS) solutions.
  • Basic knowledge of hardware and network troubleshooting.
  • A Bachelor's degree in IT field or an equivalent professional qualification.
  • Proficiency in using a ticketing system (e.g., HubSpot, Jira etc).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
