Apply for Sales Executive – Construction Safety, Building, Electrical & MEP Material Supply

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive with experience in Construction Safety Products, Building Materials, Electrical & MEP Supplies, preferably with exposure to the Oil & Gas industry. The role requires a proactive individual who can generate new business, manage key accounts, and contribute to the growth of our expanding operations in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with contractors, consultants, procurement teams, and oil & gas companies.
• Promote and sell a wide range of products: construction safety equipment (PPE, scaffolding, signage, tools), building materials, electrical & MEP supplies.
• Identify new business opportunities and participate in tenders/quotations.
• Achieve sales targets and grow market share in Qatar’s construction and oil & gas sectors.
• Provide excellent customer support and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends.
• Coordinate with internal teams (procurement, logistics, and finance) to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of proven sales experience in safety equipment, building materials, electrical/MEP supplies, or related industries.
• Previous experience working with oil & gas or major construction projects in Qatar/GCC is highly preferred.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Valid Qatar Driving License is a must.
• Fluency in English
