We’re Hiring! – Appointment Setter (Training → Full-Time)

Compensation & Incentives - Rs. 70,000 – 100,000/month + Commissions

Location: Oakmount – Park View City, Lahore

Shift: Night Shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM PKT)

Reports To: Sales Manager / HR Manager

We’re expanding our inside sales team and are looking for energetic and confident Appointment Setters to join our team.

This opportunity begins with a 10-day unpaid training program, designed to help you learn, grow, and prepare for a long-term career in international sales.

Position Overview

The Appointment Setter will be responsible for making outbound calls to truck & auto repair shop owners in the US. They’ll qualify leads, handle objections, and schedule appointments for our Account Executives.

Training & Career Growth

Training Period (10 Days)

Company orientation, CRM usage, and script mastery.

Objection handling and roleplay sessions.

Live supervised calls.

Target: 1–3 qualified appointments/day.

Probation Period (3 Months)

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to US clients using the company CRM.

Qualify prospects and book appointments for the AE.

Maintain accurate records and notes in the CRM.

Meet daily and weekly KPIs (dials, appointments).

Collaborate with team leaders for performance reviews and feedback.

Performance Metrics

200+ dials/day.

2+ qualified appointments/day.

Weekly evaluations.

Post-Probation

12–15 qualified appointments/week.

Monthly & quarterly reviews for growth opportunities.

Requirements

Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).

Confidence and energy on calls.

Sales or call center experience (preferred, not mandatory).

Willingness to work the US Night Shift.

A team player with a goal-oriented mindset.
