We’re a fast-moving marketing agency based in the UAE, working across industries to deliver standout branding, strategy, and creative execution. We’re looking for an ambitious, well-connected Appointment Setter / Business Development Support to help us scale client acquisition and open doors to high-value opportunities. � What You’ll Do: - Identify and reach out to potential clients across sectors (luxury, tech, real estate, advisory, etc.) - Set qualified appointments for our leadership team with decision-makers - Support business development efforts with lead generation, follow-ups, and CRM updates - Collaborate on pitch strategies and market outreach campaigns � Compensation: - 100% commission-based — uncapped earning potential based on closed deals - Ideal for self-starters who thrive on performance and autonomy � Who You Are: - A natural connector with a strong personal or professional network - Fluent in English (additional languages a plus) - Comfortable working with UAE-based companies and open to global outreach - Hungry to grow, learn, and earn — no niche experience required, just drive � Location: Remote, but focused on UAE markets. Open to candidates in other regions who can build trust with UAE-based clients. ⚡ Important Note: We will not be providing a ready-made list of leads. You will be expected to identify potential clients, build your own pipeline and set up calls independently.
